(1) The meeting of the Steering Committee shall be held at least once in three months.
(2) The meeting of the Steering Committee shall be held at the date, time and place specified by the Chairman and in his absence by the Vice Chairman.
(3) The member-secretary of the committee shall give notice of the meeting of the steering committee to the members at least forty-eight hours before the meeting.
(4) If more than fifty percent of the total number of members of the steering committee are present, it will be considered that the quorum for the meeting of the committee has been reached.
(5) The Chairman of the Steering Committee shall preside over the meeting and in his absence the Vice-Chairman.
(6) In the meeting of the steering committee, the opinion of the majority will be valid and if there is a tie, the person presiding over the meeting will give the deciding vote.
(7) The steering committee may invite any officer or expert in the relevant field to the meeting of that committee.
(8) The decision of the steering committee will be verified by the member-secretary of that committee.
(9) Other procedures related to the meeting of the steering committee shall be as determined by the committee itself.
